Your responsibilities

Business Models & Strategies: Develop innovative business models, tokenization strategies, and infrastructures for digital assets in banks, asset managers, and exchanges.
Leverage Your Expertise: Apply your knowledge of cryptocurrencies, tokenization, stablecoins, CBDCs, and distributed ledger technologies (DLT).
Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor technological advancements in digital assets and translate them into real solutions.
Optimize Processes: Support the implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM) and enhance custody, trading, and settlement processes.
Navigate Regulations: Guide clients through regulatory frameworks like MiCA, SEC, BaFin, FINMA, and FATF.
Knowledge Sharing: Lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations to drive innovation.

Qualifications

Degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field – ideally with a Master’s, MBA, or PhD.
Several years of experience in the financial industry, focusing on digital assets, blockchain, or FinTech.
Digital Assets Expertise: You have a deep understanding of tokenization, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and CBDCs. DLT is more than a buzzword – you know its potential and how to implement it in finance.
Regulatory Know‑how: You’re familiar with MiCA, MiFID II, BaFin, FINMA & Co. and understand how to apply them in practice.
Architecture & Operating Models: You can design and optimize functional and technical models for digital assets.
Strong Communication Skills: Whether in German or English, you excel in presentations, workshops, and client meetings, even on complex topics.
Analytical & Entrepreneurial Mindset: You connect the dots, think ahead, and develop smart solutions – with a hands‑on approach, even on‑site with clients.
Team Player & Positive Attitude: You thrive in an international team and bring a good sense of humor!
