Reporting directly to the Senior VP of Controlling, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive performance management, strengthen capital market readiness, and support strategic growth initiatives on a global scale. The position is based Berlin, Germany. What the job involves Develop and maintain detailed financial models and performance analyses (financial statements, KPIs) to support strategic decisions and evaluate company performancePartner closely with Group Management to develop growth strategies and prepare strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholdersContribute to budgeting and forecasting processes by identifying trends, variances, and key performance drivers to enhance business planning and decision-makingCollaborate with controlling, treasury, tax, accounting, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and efficient communication across all financial functionsPrepare regular financial and operational performance reports and communicate with external partners, including investors and analystsIdentify financial and operational risks and support the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and transparency in financial reporting Who we are looking for University degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA qualification is a strong plus)Several years of professional experience in finance or strategy roles, ideally gained in a Big 4 firm, top-tier consulting firm, or corporate finance environment with exposure to both buy-side and sell-side transactionsProven expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and performance reportingStrong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and external partnersHigh degree of resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environmentProven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levelsFluency in both German and English You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
