The KION CEO Council will assist the KION Executive Board and management leaders in driving a KION-wide Strategic Governance process, including meeting’s structure, content, and cadence.**Your tasks*** Host the monthly KION CEO Council: - Collect content input from different functions (Controlling, IR, Communications, Legal, Strategy) on your own responsibility and align different perspectives to a common view - Derive monthly "state-of-the-union" report to run KION CEO Council - Steer outwards communication from the CEO Council to the Executive Board as well as internal and external stakeholders* Be the Project Management Leader for the CEO Council and the executive council that brings the top leaders in the company on a strategic cadence and manages the operating cadence (along with other corporate leaders) around the year including monthly and quarterly business reviews, and annual summits* Proactively steer the strategy into execution through a policy deployment model* Prepare the KION Executive Board Sessions: - Review documents to be submitted to the Board prior to release, across all departments - Pre-align the content discussed by the board with the respective topic experts, expecially with a focus on quality assurance and target group-oriented communication and ensure the right topics are discussed at the right time - alongside the EVP Strategy & CEO Office - Drive coordination of the sessions, working hand in hand with the KION Corporate Office* Contribute to strategic initiatives**Qualifications & Requirements*** A completed university degree* Minimum of 5 years of professional, progressive experience in the development, alignment, and implementation of strategic initiatives, a consulting background is preferred* Unterstanding of the KION business, industry and knowledge of the organization* Adept in managing, organizing, and driving large-scale strategic management activities across different areas of expertise* Ability to build consensus across a wide variety of stakeholders,Strengths in project management, as well as data analysis* Demonstrated presentation skills, ability to build presentations effectively* Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop recommendations* Team work & own initiative* Fluency in English and German is requiredIf this interesting and varied task appeals to you, we look forward to receiving your online application.
