Senior Manager Sustainability Program Management (f / m / d)

Aufgaben

Position TÜV SÜD as a sustainability thought leader by building a strong internal organization and driving visibility through the Sustainability PMO

Strengthen market leadership by shaping the global sustainability services portfolio with a focus on climate action certification and energy infrastructure, and executing effective go-to-market strategies

Deliver cross-business and cross-regional initiatives on time and within budget by managing resources, governance, and stakeholder alignment

Ensure operational excellence through robust processes and governance structures that embed sustainability into the business

Build impactful collaboration platforms and networks, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes across divisions and regions

Inspire and align senior leadership and project teams to achieve ambitious sustainability goals and service standards

Enhance competitiveness by anticipating regulatory changes, leveraging market insights, and securing lighthouse projects

Qualifikationen

University degree (Bachelor’s / Master’s) in management, finance, environmental science, or engineering

5+ years of project experience in sustainability services, ideally in climate action and certification (e.g., energy audits)

Several years in strategy or sustainability consulting at client-facing level

Proven business development skills, including go-to-market strategies and P&L responsibility

In-depth knowledge of sustainability regulations (e.g., CSRD, CBAM) and hands‑on implementation experience

Strong project management, analytical, and conceptual skills; proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and data handling

Excellent communication (German / English), interpersonal, storytelling, and leadership skills to guide international teams
