Senior Manager, Windows Division Technical Services

As Senior Manager, Technical Services for the Windows Division, you will own the deployment and adaptation of global Technical Services (TS) strategy and standards within the division, ensuring consistent implementation, operational excellence, and alignment with divisional strategy and targets.

You will act as the divisional anchor for technical expertise, performance improvement, and operational support, driving process efficiency and technical capability. This role bridges global TS strategy and local execution, tailoring initiatives to divisional needs while remaining aligned with VELUX’s overall direction. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, but it requires strong collaboration within a matrix organization, working closely with local factory teams, divisional stakeholders, and global functions to align priorities and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Cascade and implement global TS standards, processes, and methodologies across all PCOs in the division.
• Coordinate divisional deployment of technical projects, automation, digitalization, and process improvements.
• Monitor divisional technical performance (efficiency, compliance, safety, quality) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support PCOs in technical documentation, adherence, and optimization.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, benchmarking, and best practice exchange across the division.
• Act as the primary point of contact for divisional management, PCO managers, and global TS regarding technical initiatives.
• Lead divisional technical improvement programs, allocate resources, and coordinate activities to achieve divisional targets.
• Provide structured feedback to the global team for continuous improvement.
• Support divisional training and capability building in technical services.
