Senior Marketing & Content Strategist (f/m/x)

Overview

IBM IX – Experience The Human Factor. Are you a creative mind who enjoys thinking strategically and developing strong campaigns? As a Senior Marketing & Content Strategist (f/m/x), you are responsible for creating a user-centered content strategy that strengthens the IBM iX brand and expands our market presence in the DACH region. We are looking for you at our location in Berlin or Düsseldorf for a fixed term of 18 months.

Your tasks

• You develop and manage a user-centered content strategy that strengthens the IBM iX brand and drives our pipeline and market presence in the DACH region
• You plan and execute integrated brand and industry campaigns, with a particular focus on content creation, copywriting, and storytelling
• You create concise and impactful content for various formats and channels, such as thought leadership, sales materials, events, social media, landing pages, and more
• You translate complex topics around tech and AI transformation into clear and compelling stories for decision-makers
• You are responsible for the content of the IBM iX website, including editorial strategy, structure, content quality, and conversion
• You work closely with colleagues from different departments to ensure consistent storytelling, tone, and brand messaging across all touchpoints
• You test new content formats, explore trends, and drive the creative evolution of storytelling and content

Your skills

• You bring several years of experience in developing content strategies, copywriting, and campaigns, ideally in the technology, consulting, or B2B sectors
• You have a talent for writing concise and impactful texts for various campaign formats. You are familiar with AI-powered content and research tools and know how to use them creatively
• You have practical experience with content management systems, ideally, you are a WordPress expert
• You possess a basic understanding of UX and SEO, as well as conversion-driven content approaches
• You combine strategic thinking with creativity, work according to high editorial standards, and use data as the basis for your decisions
• You speak fluent German (C2 level) and very good English (B2 level)
