Overview

You’ll play a key role in bringing rigor, insight, and actionability to n8n’s marketing data, helping us understand what works, identify funnel gaps, and guide data‑driven decisions that scale our growth.

Responsibilities

To do so, you’ll take ownership of building trusted analytics foundations, actionable insights, and clear reporting that empower our marketing leaders to make smarter investment decisions.

Build Robust Marketing Analytics Foundations

  • Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end tracking and measurement for paid and organic campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate tagging, integrations, and data flows across platforms like YouTube, social, and website analytics.
  • Anticipate and solve data quality and measurement challenges before they impact insights.

Turn Data into Insights That Drive Strategy

  • Analyze top‑of‑funnel performance across channels to uncover gaps and opportunities.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations that shape budget allocation and campaign strategy.
  • Support Monthly Business Reviews with data‑backed insights that influence leadership decisions.

Enable Scalable Reporting and Dashboards

  • Build and maintain dashboards that make marketing performance easy to track and understand.
  • Partner with the Data and Website teams to ensure clean, consistent data pipelines.
  • Standardize metrics definitions and measurement frameworks across marketing functions.

Requirements

Must‑haves

  • Marketing analytics expertise: 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or campaign measurement in a B2B SaaS context, ideally PLG or developer‑focused.
