Your role in our shared journey
Located at our EMEA office in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by leading best-in-class integrated marketing campaigns within the 'Run Faster' category and activating our sports marketing portfolio across premier global running events. You'll develop compelling storytelling that energises regional teams, whilst managing event activations and collaborating with athletes, federations, and agency partners to drive global brand preference in performance running.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Lead all campaign development within the 'Run Faster' silo, creating and delivering premium, best-in-class 360° integrated campaigns that drive global brand preference.
• Activate the Sports Marketing portfolio across events, athletes and federations, identifying and amplifying key sports marketing moments with compelling storytelling.
• Collaborate with the Events & Activation Director to develop and deliver the annual Marathon Playbook to Regions, ensuring strategic alignment and execution.
• Plan and curate launch activations and events for select product launches, working closely with internal teams and agency partners for impactful delivery.
• Develop effective content creation strategies at key events for local and global channels, maximising engagement and brand visibility.
• Travel to key Global Tier 1 running events to provide support and capture learning opportunities that inform future campaign strategies.
• Manage a direct report, ensuring high performance and engagement whilst contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture within the Global PRUN Marketing team.

You Have The Following Skills

• Campaign development and event activation expertise.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities at all organisational levels.
• Strategic thinking with excellent analytical and multitasking capabilities.
• Team management skills with focus on performance and collaboration.
• 7+ years of relevant marketing experience.
