We are looking for you to join us as (Senior) Media Strategist (all genders).

Responsibilities

As a (Senior) Media Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping and driving media strategy for our automotive brands across European markets. The role is strategically focused, ensuring alignment, advancing digital maturity, and supporting the group’s transition toward greater in-housing of media capabilities.

• Lead the development and evolution of our client’s European-wide media strategy, ensuring local market alignment with central priorities.
• Drive digital maturity across markets, embedding data-driven approaches and innovative channel strategies.
• Support the transition toward in-housing media capabilities, advising on structures, tools, and best practices.
• Guide local markets on investment strategy and planning principles.
• Partner with internal teams, external agencies, and platform partners to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Act as a key advisor to stakeholders on full-funnel strategies, spanning both traditional and online media.
• Support measurement frameworks that improve campaign effectiveness and consistency across all European markets.
• Mentor and support local teams, raising capability and ensuring adherence to media best practice.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in media strategy, gained agency-side or client-side.
• Strong knowledge of full-funnel strategy, covering both digital and traditional channels.
• Experience advancing digital maturity and embedding new ways of working within multinational organizations.
• Proven ability to partner with local market teams, agencies, and global/regional stakeholders.
• Track record of improving campaign effectiveness and consistency across multiple markets.
• Collaborative working style, strong communicator, and able to influence at senior stakeholder level.
• Fluent English (additional European languages an advantage but not required).
