As Senior Membership Manager (m/f/d) , you will shape and expand the global omnichannel loyalty program of HUGO BOSS , creating meaningful, data-driven experiences for our customers worldwide. In this role, you will translate local market needs into a powerful global framework, drive activation mechanics across all touchpoints, and continuously optimize loyalty performance along key KPIs. Working at the intersection of Global Customer Engagement, Retail, E-Com and beyond , you will be a central ambassador for our loyalty vision and help elevate HUGO BOSS customer relationships to the next level. Your responsibilities
- Proactively and comprehensively expand the global omnichannel loyalty concept for HUGO BOSS end consumers. Work closely with local markets to identify local needs and program specificities, ensure the successful roll-out in new markets, and integrate local requirements into the global framework. Monitor and support local implementation where applicable.
- Conceptualize and implement new activations and mechanics for the loyalty program that are fully aligned with the overall global loyalty approach. Coordinate all necessary steps for execution, ensuring a 360° activation journey across all relevant channels and touchpoints.
- Drive the day-to-day loyalty business by continuously monitoring key KPIs (e.g. member growth, engagement, retention, activation and reactivation, incremental revenue) and steering all relevant initiatives to ensure that global and market-specific loyalty targets are achieved. Proactively identify performance gaps and opportunities and translate insights into concrete action plans.
- Work in a highly networked, interdisciplinary way across all internal global and external interfaces. Represent the Global Customer Engagement department for all inquiries related to the loyalty program and positively influence key stakeholders and company processes.
- Own the comprehensive documentation and coordination of briefings for key stakeholders. Continuously optimize user-friendliness and monitor and track all loyalty-related processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the competitive landscape, innovations and potential solutions for the further development of all loyalty processes. Proactively steer and implement processes for maintenance, country coordination, adaptation and optimization of the HUGO BOSS loyalty program.
Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, International Management or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in project management and in loyalty and CRM-related roles.
- Strong international knowledge of retail and e-commerce, with a pronounced customer orientation, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle or luxury sector.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey topics clearly, confidently and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
