Role Overview

Oradeo is recruiting an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a major project team in Frankfurt . Reporting to the Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor and collaborating with the Project Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial delivery of Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) work packages on large-scale construction projects.

This role offers the opportunity to influence safety culture onsite and to drive commercial performance by ensuring accurate cost control, risk management, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and change order processes associated with MEP packages
• Ensure all changes are captured, costed, and validated prior to issuing to the Design Team
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with architects and/or clients
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
• Assist in establishing client requirements and conduct feasibility studies
• Perform risk, value management, and cost control
• Advise on procurement strategy
• Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks
• Prepare and analyse costings for tenders
• Allocate work to subcontractors and monitor performance
• Provide advice on contractual claims
• Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
• Value completed work and arrange payments
• Maintain awareness of current building contracts and their implications
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Candidate Requirements

• 3rd-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 6+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with a main contractor
• Strong working knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical work packages
• Experience on large-scale data centre projects is an advantage
• Excellent numeracy, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while engaging effectively with wider project teams
• Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience
