Salary Range : Up to €75,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing

Microsoft 365 Administration & Support

• Manage, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 environments for enterprise clients.
• Administer Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Monitor and manage Microsoft 365 security and compliance settings.

Cloud Automation & Services

• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Manage Azure Functions and support cloud-native automation solutions.

Technical Support & Consulting

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for client systems.
• Work closely with clients to improve and optimize their cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues in a structured manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience & Communication

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Technical Proficiency

• Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• Microsoft 365 services: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint.
• Power Automate for workflow design.
• Security & compliance best practices in Microsoft environments.
• Experience with Azure Functions.

Nice to Have

• IT consulting or managed services background.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud security principles.

• Candidates with only 1st level IT support experience are not eligible.
• Fluent German (C1) is mandatory.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Power Automate is required.
• This role is not suitable for candidates with on-premise-only experience.
