Job Description

• Lead AI Solution Architecture: own end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions on Azure, from concept to deployment.
• Client Engagement: work closely with enterprise clients to translate business needs into AI roadmaps.
• Technical Leadership: provide hands‑on leadership to delivery teams, mentoring Azure AI Engineers and Data Engineers.
• MLOps & Best Practices: establish CI/CD, monitoring and reproducible workflows for ML models.
• Innovation & Generative AI: evaluate Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and emerging LLM frameworks.
• Cross‑Project Impact: oversee multiple AI projects, ensuring architectural consistency and best‑practice reuse.
• Internal Capability Building: develop reusable blueprints, accelerators, and conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data analytics and software development, with 4‑5 years designing scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Deep Azure expertise: Machine Learning, Databricks, Synapse, Cognitive Services, OpenAI, AI Foundry.
• Strong system design and integration skills for data pipelines and microservices.
• Proficient in MLOps, Python, and major ML frameworks; experience with CI/CD for models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and Azure AI Foundry concepts.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
