Profile

You support our customers via e‑mail, telephone, ticketing system and remote maintenance. You are responsible for ensuring the operational stability and quality of all Windows server systems and the services and applications running on them. Your responsibilities include the provision and maintenance of new systems as well as the operation of existing server infrastructure in the Microsoft environment. Your input and ideas contribute to the common success and are especially important while handling challenging and versatile tasks. If you are a team player, you will enjoy working in our motivated, agile team.

Wanted

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH or university) or several years of relevant professional experience
• Very good Microsoft infrastructure knowledge
• Relevant experience in the support of Citrix environments, terminal servers and VDI
• Good knowledge of Office365, Exchange, SQL is desired
• Very good troubleshooting, documentation and analysis skills
