As a Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter), you’ll be at the heart of that mission—building the mobile experiences that connect thousands of users to sustainable energy insights, smart EV charging, and cost‑saving opportunities. You’ll work closely with a passionate, cross‑functional team to turn complex data and systems into intuitive, beautiful user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and scale our Flutter‑based mobile app for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver customer‑centric features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using best practices (CI / CD, TDD).
• Contribute to the evolution of our mobile architecture, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.
• Take part in code reviews and share knowledge with peers to raise the bar across the team.
• Influence design and product decisions with technical insight and user empathy.

What You Bring

Must‑Have Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years using Flutter / Dart.
• Experience shipping production‑quality apps with strong UI / UX standards.
• Understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, test automation, and agile development workflows.
• Customer‑first mindset—you care about how users experience what you build.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Fluency in English.

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Experience integrating IoT or energy‑related APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP environments.
• Knowledge of Firebase, analytics, or app performance monitoring tools.
• Experience mentoring other engineers or contributing to open‑source projects.
