Your contribution:

• end to end accountability for the respective region, such as Occupational Health & Safety of the employees as well as quality of service and operations in line with local legal and regulatory requirements
• Act as a strong people leader in the region responsible for the whole delivery chain (acquisition/deployment/permitting)
• Manage the regional team to ensure the organisation achieves strategic goals and objectives while delivering operational efficiencies through process simplification and harmonisation
• Support the implementation of TowerCo strategy at regional level and support the digitalisation efforts including the associated business transformation aspects
• On behalf of the company communicate with local regulatory entities

What makes you stand out:

• Completed University Degree or a similar level of education
• Extensive relevant experience at management level in the telecommunications market and deep knowledge of the strategic shifts on the horizon in terms of technologies and deployment
• Excellent customer management skills in a B2B environment
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in both German & English language
• Experience in managing a team through change successfully with demonstrated leadership skills
• Adept at managing and negotiating with external stakeholders (e.g. local political authorities)
