• Pressure Equipment & Plant Engineering: Inspection, testing, and certification services focusing on pressure equipment such as pressure vessels, boilers, tanks, and piping systems.
• Elevators & Conveyor Technology: Inspection, testing, and certification services for elevators, conveyor belts, escalators, cranes, and machinery.
• Electrical & Building Technology: Evaluation, inspection, testing, and certification services for electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.

Mit einem Team von rund 150 Expert*innen untersützen wir Unternehmen und Öffentliche Verwaltung bei der Optimierung ihrer IT-Sicherheit. Wir betreiben ein Customer Service Operation Center (CSO) aus dem heraus wir unterschiedliche Dienstleistungen für unsere Kunden erbringen
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Sie konfigurieren, betreiben und entstören sicherheitsrelevante Umgebungen bei unseren Kunden.
• Hierbei übernehmen Sie die Administration der Sicherheitsinfrastruktur unserer Kunden und fungieren als Ansprechpartner hinsichtlich der eingesetzten Services.
• Sie analysieren und beheben Fehler im Rahmen des 2nd/3rd Level Supports.
• Sie planen, steuern und führen Veränderungen von kritischen IT Infrastrukturen im Rahmen eines Managed Service durch.
• Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die Dokumentation der Änderungen in den Kundenumgebungen verantwortlich.
• Sie stellen gemeldete Störungen in unserer Laborumgebung eigenständig zur Lösungsfindung nach.
• Sie übernehmen telefonische Rufbereitschaften.
  

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Praktische Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von komplexen Infrastrukturen und im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
• Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Betrieb und Entstörung in einem oder mehrere der folgenden Bereiche: Email Security, Endpoint Privilege Management, Firewalls, Remote Access, SASE, VPN, Webproxy
• Fundiertes Fachwissen im Bereich Netzwerktechnik
• Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in dem Betrieb und Entstörung in einem oder mehrerer der folgenden Hersteller: Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Proofpoint, F5, Ivanti/Mobilelron
• Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind notwendig
