Senior Network Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

Permanent position — Aachen, Germany

As a Senior Network Solution Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the technical planning, implementation and continuous optimisation of our global network infrastructure, with a focus on integration into modern DevOps processes. Our teams develop modular software and hardware solutions for the lifecycle of vehicles. You will contribute to the performance of our communication solutions for automotive electronics.

Responsibilities

• Configuration and automation of network infrastructures with a focus on CI/CD in test, integration and production environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate network infrastructures into CI/CD pipelines and ensure automated deployments.
• Introduce and implement modern network technologies, such as SD-WAN, cloud networks and automation tools.
• Technical planning, implementation and continuous optimisation of the global network infrastructure with emphasis on DevOps integration.
• Ensure security guidelines and compliance requirements are met across the network environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or a related field.
• ITIL certification and in-depth experience with SD-WAN and cloud systems.
• Experience in project work as well as in the implementation and support of network solutions.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player who can persuade others and drive projects forward with initiative.
• Willingness to travel; fluent in German and English; comfortable working internationally.
