Senior New Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

As an experienced New Business Development Manager (m/f/d) you have an active network in the high‑tech industry in Southern Germany, enabling you to develop state‑of‑the‑art multi‑disciplinary technical solutions in order to unlock top‑level opportunities.

In this role, you are at the forefront of the semiconductor, analytical and medical industry, leveraging our collective expertise in mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, software and applied mathematics to turn ideas into business opportunities, and as such have a significant impact on our growth ambitions.

What excites you as a Senior New Business Development Manager (m/f/d)?

From our Erlangen office, you will work closely with our international sales and engineering teams to activate new clients and build long‑term relationships.

• Identifying and acquiring new clients and projects in Southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Advising and sparring with technical decision‑makers at OEMs and scale‑ups
• Co‑creating proposals and offers together with multidisciplinary teams
• Translating customer needs into tailored high‑tech solutions
• Analyzing market trends and shaping a targeted sales strategy
• Building long‑lasting relationships in medical, analytical and semiconductor industries
• Collaborating internationally with sales, project management, and engineering colleagues

This is what you bring to the table

• At least 10 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in engineering services
• A strong network in MedTech, analytics or semiconductor industry
• A completed technical degree (e.g. Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Applied Mathematics)
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• A commercial mindset with strategic thinking
• The ability to understand and sell complex technology
• Entrepreneurial, independent and full of positive energy
