Your Role & Impact

In this role, you will combine hands‑on planning expertise with strategic influence:

• Develop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules for complex infrastructure projects
• Support the creation and continuous improvement of planning policies, procedures, and standards in Germany
• Work closely with project managers and cross‑functional teams to align milestones, risks, and delivery strategies
• Identify schedule risks early and support mitigation planning
• Produce clear, structured schedule reporting for senior stakeholders
• Capture lessons learned to strengthen planning and project controls maturity
• Reporting directly to the European Head of Planning & Project Controls and the Senior Project Manager
• Part of a planning team of six , embedded within a dedicated project delivery team

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years’ experience in project planning / scheduling within infrastructure, construction, or energy‑related environmentsli>
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Solid understanding of project controls, schedule risk, and progress measurement
• Good level of German (strong B2 acceptable) — English is the business language, though some clients operate in German
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong technical report‑writing capability
• Working knowledge of German construction regulations (i.e. BaustellV)
• Experience on large‑scale or offshore infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with PMBOK or similar project management methodologies
