Your Role & Impact
In this role, you will combine hands‑on planning expertise with strategic influence:
- Develop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules for complex infrastructure projects
- Support the creation and continuous improvement of planning policies, procedures, and standards in Germany
- Work closely with project managers and cross‑functional teams to align milestones, risks, and delivery strategies
- Identify schedule risks early and support mitigation planning
- Produce clear, structured schedule reporting for senior stakeholders
- Capture lessons learned to strengthen planning and project controls maturity
- Reporting directly to the European Head of Planning & Project Controls and the Senior Project Manager
- Part of a planning team of six , embedded within a dedicated project delivery team

What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years’ experience in project planning / scheduling within infrastructure, construction, or energy‑related environmentsli>
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Solid understanding of project controls, schedule risk, and progress measurement
- Good level of German (strong B2 acceptable) — English is the business language, though some clients operate in German
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong technical report‑writing capability
- Working knowledge of German construction regulations (i.e. BaustellV)
- Experience on large‑scale or offshore infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with PMBOK or similar project management methodologies
