Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Outsourcing Manager to join our Central Outsourcing Management team. This senior role plays a critical part in driving the maturity of our Outsourcing Governance Framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop and maintain the outsourcing methodology across all business units.
• Coordinate Third-Party Risk Assessments for new and reassessed services.
• Provide expert support for outsourcing Business-as-Usual operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Second Line of Defense compliance, outsourcing, or third-party risk management within a regulated financial institution. Expert knowledge of KWG, MaRisk AT 9, DORA, and EBA Guidelines is essential.
