A Taste of What to Expect

  • Lead and manage the business relationship with our global commercial partner and selected strategic end customers
  • Drive our global expansion in collaboration with our partner and major food retailers in markets such as the UK, US, Japan, and beyond
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key retail players in existing and new markets
  • Work closely 1:1 with the sales teams of our commercial partner across multiple countries to identify synergies and execute growth strategies
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new business opportunities to scale the partnership
  • Collaborate closely with our Head of Sales & Partnerships and the CEO to shape and execute partnership and expansion strategies
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a highly dynamic and international environment. There is the potential to move up to lead a small team and/or develop certain geographies in a lead position.

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, ideally in the retail or FMCG sector
  • Proven ability to navigate both startups and global corporates effectively
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and established networks or experience working with major food retailers
  • Entrepreneurial experience in entering and building new markets from scratch
  • Experience in a high-growth company is a strong advantage
  • A hands‑on, with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of defining strategy but also executing operationally.
  • Strong empathy and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to foster long‑term, trust‑based partnerships.
  • High willingness to travel internationally and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Icing On The Cake:
  • Experience in Chocolate Industry, Food Ingredient Supply for Chocolate Industry or Confectionary Industry is a big plus, but combining great sales experience with fast learning about the industry can get you there too.
