We're looking for an experienced Senior Payments Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own and drive key revenue and cost optimization initiatives while working closely with payment providers, finance, tech, and commercial teams across the business. You will play a central role in shaping our payment strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact position within an ambitious Payments Team that combines a data-driven mindset with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize performance across major payment methods, such as Pay Later solutions, Cards, PayPal, and local solutions.
Lead relationships with key payment providers to ensure competitive pricing, operational efficiency, and best-in-class service.
Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through innovative payment solutions.
Partner with our Tech Teams on the execution of joint projects , such as the integration of new payment methods and compliance solutions.
Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and leverage new opportunities.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a Payments function within an E-Commerce business (experience in the Fashion industry is a strong plus).
Strategic thinker with a highly efficient and structured working style, and strong prioritization skills.
Solid understanding of Payments-related functions such as Finance, Fraud & Risk, and Tech.
Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
Bachelor in Business, Finance, or similar.
