You mission
Are you an experienced, strategic, and highly analytical performance marketer with deep platform expertise and a strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and creative‑driven growth? Join our female‑led, innovative startup on a mission to make a positive impact in the world. We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid growth engine across DACH & FR, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and additional channels (TikTok, Google, YouTube). You will help elevate our performance marketing function through best‑in‑class experimentation, signal quality, and cross‑functional collaboration, and progressively take on senior oversight of channel execution and performance learnings across the team.
Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing Strategy : Own and evolve our paid growth strategy for DACH & FR across Meta and additional channels (TikTok, Google), including budget planning and forecasting.
- Tracking, Events & Measurement : Drive improvements of Pixel/CAPI, event setup and signal quality in close collaboration with Product, Tech and BI to strengthen attribution and scaling confidence.
- Campaign & Funnel Optimization : Lead structured experimentation and continuous optimization across the full user journey, improving key performance KPIs through data‑driven decisions.
- Creative Performance Partnership : Translate performance insights into clear creative direction, testing angles and iteration priorities; actively contribute to a high‑velocity creative learning loop.
- Channel Expansion & Risk Mitigation : Explore and validate new paid growth opportunities to diversify beyond Meta while proactively managing performance risk.
- Dream Team : Act as a senior sparring partner and mentor for the other performance marketing manager for performance execution standards and learnings.
- BI Collaboration : Partner with BI to deepen analysis quality and refine reporting frameworks that connect platform performance to business impact.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5 years+) as a performance marketing manager, with expertise focused in paid social channels, particularly Meta
- Strong focus was on Sales Campaigns
- Experienced working with at least 700k+ monthly spend
- Deep technical and analytical understanding.
- Hands‑on executed the implementation of CAPI / Pixel tracking and / or tracking set‑up adaptions to address attribution and other event challenges.
- Experienced in addressing attribution & incrementality challenges
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in English is a must, German and Spanish is a plus
Bonus
- Ideally you have experience working in a regulated industry like health, finance, dating etc.
- Ideally you have seen significant scale growth
- Ideally you are not only a pro at Meta but have first experience in TikTok and / or Google/Youtube as well
- Ideally you have experience drafting and scaling a multi‑channel performance marketing strategy
- Ideally you have experience in automating campaign management as well as reporting
