Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta campaigns.


• Lead structured testing and optimization to drive performance across paid channels.


• Collaborate with international sister companies to align campaigns and sharing best practices.


• Tailor campaigns to local markets and explore emerging platforms.


• Improve performance through detailed audience and funnel analysis.


• Help shape best-in-class acquisition practices across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing performance marketing accounts, particularly paid search and paid social.


• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.


• Experience managing external agencies or working in an agency setting, delivering results in a digital-first environment.


• Self-starter who can work autonomously and collaborate across international teams.


• Structured approach, excellent communication skills, and fluency in German and English.
