YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Drive Customer Acquisition – You own and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across all digital channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic) to acquire high-quality SIXT Share users at scale.
• Optimize Marketing Performance – You manage significant advertising budgets while maintaining optimal CAC / LTV ratios and driving measurable ROI across campaigns and markets.
• Scale Growth Operations – You develop and implement automated marketing funnels, A/B testing frameworks and data-driven optimization processes that work across multiple countries and languages.
• Build Retention Excellence – You create and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, referral programs and loyalty initiatives that increase user engagement and lifetime value for our sharing platform.
• Lead Data-Driven Decisions – You analyze complex performance data, build comprehensive dashboards and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Performance Marketing Expertise – You have 4-6 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in mobility sharing economy or consumer apps, with substantial budget management experience.
• Technical Proficiency – You’re an expert in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager), analytics tools (Google Analytics, attribution platforms) and mobile measurement partners (Adjust, AppsFlyer).
• Growth Mindset – You have a deep understanding of performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), experience with marketplace or subscription business models, and a track record of scaling user acquisition.
• Analytical Excellence – You’re proficient in data analysis tools, comfortable with SQL basics, and experienced in A/B testing, cohort analysis and marketing mix modeling.
• Languages – You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
