• Taking ownership of the end-to-end sales and procurement planning for a dedicated product category within the monthly global planning cycle
• Identifying trends, seasonality, and performance patterns and integrating them into data-driven plans
• Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to reflect ongoing promotions, campaigns, and key activities in the planning process
• Defining launch quantities and steering the planning workflow for new product introductions
• Serving as the central point of contact for Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing on all planning-related topics
• Contributing to cross-functional projects and ensuring planning needs are represented
• Preparing performance insights on sales forecasts, stock levels, coverage, and related KPIs and translating them into actionable recommendations

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
• Experience in sales planning and supply chain management, ideally in an FMCG environment
• Strong analytical mindset, high comfort with numbers, and a strategic, business-focused approach
• Thrives in dynamic settings and works independently with a hands-on, solution-oriented attitude
• Collaborative, communicative, and open to new ideas
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with SAP and/or planning tools is a plus
