Senior Power System Expert

• Analysis and definition of operational principles.
• Model definition and validation.
• Dynamic stability analysis (frequency, voltage stability..).
• Grid Code requirement and connection compliance studies.
• Support the analysis and evaluation of grid reliability and security (eg capacity calculation, balancing, operational planning..).
• Support the company’s business development teams in identifying and pursuing opportunities by establishing trusted relationships with our clients and developing of proposals.

Your responsibilities will be decided based on your competencies and expertise and will be discussed during your interviews with managers.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Engineering or Applied Mathematics/Physics.
• 10+ years of experience in Power System Operations and Security (balancing and RES system integration, system operation and state-of-the-art technological solutions).
• Expertise in translating complex data into key strategic insights and valuable actions.
• Knowledge of power system simulation tools (PowerFactory, PSSE).
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of German, Dutch and/or French is a strong asset.
