• 10+ years SAP experience, with expertise in at least one SuccessFactors module.
• Strong strategic and technical understanding of HR technology.
• Experience in pre-sales and business development.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Based in Germany, willing to travel within DACH and EU regions.
