We are looking for a

Senior Process Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

This is not a passive process improvement role. It's a transformation driver position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment, and wants to make impact at scale.

Your Mission:

• You take the lead in analyzing and reimagining high-impact business and operational processes, uncovering efficiency wins and unlocking the potential of AI and automation
• You team up with stakeholders across business, operations, and IT to streamline and standardize processes, driving scalable and future-ready solutions
• You build resilient processes that run smoothly and smartly, by implementing real-time monitoring, alerting systems, and strong incident & problem management frameworks
• You spearhead Process Intelligence initiatives — from discovery to modeling to rollout, always focused on delivering measurable impact and clear ROI
• You inspire and coach others in structured improvement approaches, embedding a mindset of continuous excellence into everyday operations

Your Profile:

• You have several years of hands-on experience in process and/or operational excellence, ideally gained in a fast-paced, international environment
• You have a sharp eye for identifying high-value transformation opportunities, with a strong grasp of AI and automation potential — from initial discovery to defining business requirements and scoping impactful use cases
• You are a natural facilitator and communicator — confident in aligning stakeholders, telling compelling stories with data, and driving decisions through value-based prioritization.
• You thrive at the intersection of operations, IT, and data science, with a proven ability to translate complex challenges into actionable, tech-enabled solutions
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken) — German skills are a plus, but not mandatory

Plus if you bring:

• You bring advanced, hands-on expertise with leading process mining tools like Celonis or Signavio — and know how to turn insights into real business impact
• You are a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with a strong track record of driving measurable cost and time savings through data-driven process improvement
• You have successfully led global and cross-market transformation initiatives, navigating complexity with confidence and delivering results across diverse teams and regions
