Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes and tools, with experience in operational procurement, process design, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Procurement: You will work closely with the Head of the function to design and improve procurement processes.
• Process Expertise: Support the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Data Analysis: Drive the development of procurement reporting and analytics, implementing comprehensive dashboards for the whole function and external business owners.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the Group Finance function and other stakeholders to support financial monitoring & control of savings initiatives.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong affinity for IT, preferably with experience in Coupa, SAP Ariba, and SAP ERP.
• Solid analytical mindset, detail-oriented, structured, and precise, with a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate complex principles to various audiences and stakeholders.
