Role Summary

We are looking for a Sr Product Analyst who can merge technical expertise with strategic thinking and help define how we understand product performance across our player experience. You’ll dive deep into data to identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and inform roadmap decisions. You will collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Design teams support testing, measurement, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage Road Map Testing

• Design, execute, and analyse A/B experiments, Participate in product development based on experimentation.

• Create and enhance tracking frameworks to guarantee precise, dependable, and decision-ready data collection.

• Establish key performance metrics and deliver insightful dashboards and reports supporting decisions grounded in evidence and data.

• Apply innovative thinking to solve complex challenges and bring solutions.

• For segmentation, classification and regression use ML Algorithm.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to achieve results.

• Work on behaviour data to identify usage patterns and motivations, and guide on product roadmap accordingly.

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years in an analytics role for consumer-facing products, ideally in product analytics
• Strong command of SQL & Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with BI tools for dashboards & visualisation (Looker, Tableau, Metabase)
• Hands-on experience with data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake
• Familiarity with mobile analytics tools (Adjust, Amplitude, Firebase)

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience working in mobile gaming analytics or understanding player behaviour in gaming products.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills for complex or ambiguous product challenges.
• Experience improving data literacy within teams and advocating for data-driven culture.
• Familiarity with mobile analytics platforms such as Adjust, Amplitude, or Firebase.
