We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Product Compliance & Sustainability Expert (m/f/d) to help shape the next generation of compliance and sustainability technology at IntegrityNext. In this role, you translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable, data-driven product concepts and work closely with Product, Design, Capacity Building, and our Sustainability Expert Team. You bring deep regulatory expertise, a modern sustainability mindset, and thrive in cross-functional environments. Together with our experts in sustainability management systems, supply chain due diligence, and AI-driven product development, you help build an AI-enabled solution for managing product compliance, sustainability data, and regulatory workflows.

- Shape and drive our product compliance and sustainability strategy with equal focus on current and emerging requirements
- Translate regulatory frameworks into data models, workflows, and AI-ready structures
- Identify regulatory changes and convert them into clear product requirements and scalable concepts
AI-Driven Product Development
- Partner with Product and Engineering to design AI-supported compliance and sustainability features
- Define data flows, inputs, and validation logic to operationalize complex regulationsEnable intuitive, automated, and data-driven customer experiences
Customer-Centric Expertise
- Analyze customer processes to understand how compliance information is created and exchanged
- Turn insights into precise product logic, functional requirements, and implementation guidance
- Ensure alignment with real-world regulatory workflows and customer pain points
Thought Leadership
- Serve as a key internal and external expert on product compliance and sustainability
- Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with insights, content, and webinars
- Represent IntegrityNext at industry events and strengthen our position as a market leader
❗️What you should bring along:
Experience & Expertise
- 3+ years in product compliance, product-related sustainability, or regulatory consulting
- Strong knowledge of REACH, RoHS, PFAS, PBT/vPvB, SCIP, EPR, Conflict Minerals, and Circular Economy frameworks
- Experience with compliance management systems, material data/BoM models, or sustainability data frameworks
Technical & Analytical Strength
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into data structures, workflows, and system logic
- Experience with digital tools, databases, or AI-assisted analysis is a plus
- Strong understanding of compliance data flows across supply chains and product lifecycles
- Fluent in English; German beneficial
- Able to explain complex regulatory topics clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and external advisory skills
