Agoda is searching for a Senior Product Designer to join the Customer Experience Group (CEG) in Bangkok. This role focuses on designing engaging, interactive experiences that elevate the guest booking experience across Agoda’s products.

What Product Design Looks Like at Agoda

As a product designer at Agoda, you’ll collaborate with a product manager, 6‑8 engineers, researchers, and cross‑functional partners. Together, you’ll drive your segment of Agoda, deliver solutions to challenges, and gather feedback directly from customers and internal stakeholders.

Role in the CEG Team

The Customer Experience Group (CEG) at Agoda is our dedicated support team, focused on providing assistance and solutions for booking‑related inquiries. As the primary point of contact for our customers and partners, the CEG plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. As a designer on the CEG team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving great UX while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements
Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
Presenting your work to peers and leadership, asynchronously and in‑person
Taking part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all‑hands, and squad meetings
Thinking and writing about your process and detailing your decisions
Championing cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/features
Being a strategic leader with a vision for implementing experiences that represent the most customer‑centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology

Track Record

You work alongside your design partners in driving discovery and ideation workshops and aligning the group around a vision and approach
You have a track record of crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys
You can think and craft at a system level, not just interface elements or pages
You’ll regularly make use of your soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision‑making
You can balance multiple priorities and successfully deliver in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
5+ years of full‑time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web‑based products; in‑house designer experience highly preferred
