The role

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer UX / UI (f / m / x) for one of our dynamic cross‑functional teams, dedicated to enhancing community experience through our loyalty, creator, and referral programs.

In this position, you will play a crucial role and have substantial impact on our Pepper platforms (e.g., mydealz , Dealabs , and hotukdeals ). You will iterate on existing features, develop new ones, and provide fresh, validated insights to enhance user experience, bringing your ideas and vision to life.

With your seniority, you will leverage qualitative and quantitative research insights to support decisions and discover opportunities to improve our product. You will tackle diverse design challenges, both large and small, guiding the team with confidence and becoming a trusted partner to your product manager, engineers, and all relevant stakeholders.

This role is based in Berlin with the flexibility to work hybrid , with relocation possible.

This is how you can help us

• Support product decisions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative research insights, discovering opportunities to improve our product experience
• Be challenged daily with design problems large and small, contributing in a significant way to the future of our platforms
• Work within a cross‑functional team, iterating on existing features and developing new ones for our platforms
• Provide fresh and validated insights, new concepts, and improvements to the user experience
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, etc. to communicate and document designs
• Craft bespoke app solutions that transcend simple web mirroring, ensuring a truly native and seamless user experience
• Test different design approaches with real users, interviewing them and generating user learnings
• Collaborate with a global team in creating and optimising internal processes and communication
• Collaborate with developers and designers to evolve our Design System and amplify the value and impact of design at scale

These skills will make you successful in your role

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products
• You have a strong portfolio of relevant digital product design examples that shows your problem‑solving skills, your understanding of information architecture, user research and Interaction design, layout, typography and visual hierarchy
• You have user research experience to discover, validate and deliver your design concepts and solutions
• You have experience building and maintaining a design system
• You think in terms of responsive, scalable systems; not one‑off solutions
• You are skilled at using modern design and prototyping tools such as Anima, Figma, and / or Framer
• You have familiarity with front‑end engineering, understanding how your prototypes will be built and factoring that into your solutions
• You are comfortable with constructive feedback as part of the design process and are confident in clearly explaining your design decisions
• You take pride in your collaboration skills, and look forward to partnering with our cross‑functional teams in an agile environment
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills, whether in one‑on‑one or group situations
