About the role:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will directly collaborate with the founder/CEO and senior leaders to shape our platform's future. Your role involves identifying user needs, creating innovative solutions, and designing intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.

Your work will significantly enhance user engagement with our financial analytics, ensuring accessibility and actionability. Embracing a remote work culture, this role offers the flexibility to work from home or a local coworking space.

In this role you’ll be:

1. Lead the design process from ideation to execution for new features and improvements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering.
3. Act as a project manager to coordinate and move projects forward, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
5. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, focusing on enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
6. Contribute to the continued development of the design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our design practices.

About you:

1. 4-8 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically working on SaaS platforms or products.
3. Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
5. Excellent organizational skills to lead projects forward.
6. A passion for solving complex problems and delivering user-centered solutions.
