Turn complex energy optimization logic into a product that EMS partners and facility managers enjoy using. You shape the experience end-to-end—clarifying user needs, defining the UX strategy, and delivering intuitive, high‑quality interfaces that make our AI system feel transparent, controllable, and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end EMS experience: Define how our entire Energy Management System is experienced by integration partners and on‑site users. Design the full journey—from setup and configuration to monitoring, optimization insights, and operational decision‑making—to make a complex system feel intuitive, trustworthy, and actionable.
• Pragmatic UX Research: Conduct targeted user interviews and apply “smart intuition” to validate flows without getting bogged down in academic research cycles.
• Strategic UX Design: Define the UX roadmap alongside the CTO and CEO, deciding what we build, how it works, and how users interact with it.
• High‑Fidelity UI: Design polished, production‑ready interfaces in Figma that make complex data visualizations (energy flows, battery states) easy to scan.
• Brand Stewardship: Develop and continuously refine our visual identity. Create high‑quality assets for product, web, and sales to ensure EnopAI looks coherent and professional across the software interface, pitch decks, and the public website.

Profile

• 5+ years experience in designing complex B2B SaaS or technical products.
• Expert in Figma (auto‑layout, components, prototyping).
• Strong intuition for when to test and when to “ship and learn.”
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Plus: Experience in a startup or agile environment.
• Plus: Ability to implement your designs in code (React/Tailwind).
