(Senior) Product Developer (gn) More Nutrition

Join The Quality Group as a (Senior) Product Developer (gn) More Nutrition in Hamburg. Start immediately. Full‑time (40h/week).

Overview

As part of More Nutrition’s product team, you will develop and launch powder, capsule, and tablet products for sport nutrition and supplements. This role focuses on the TQG brands ESN and More Nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects end‑to‑end, from ideation to market launch.
• Create formulations, manufacture prototypes, and document all steps.
• Conduct shelf‑life and stability tests, interpret data, and derive insights for product improvements.
• Challenge the status quo and elevate existing formulations.
• Identify new raw materials, support procurement in supplier negotiations.
• Maintain close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and suppliers.
• Evaluate products for optimal taste and ingredient balance, striving for continuous improvement.
• Organise and document tastings with your team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of product‑development experience (experience with supplements, sugar‑free or protein‑enriched foods is a plus).
• Proficiency in basic IT skills and documentation tools.
• Self‑driven, meticulous, and well‑structured; able to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Strong awareness of laboratory and safety standards.
• Motivated, reliable, and a team player.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Creative and hands‑on mindset.
