Senior Product Developer / Project Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Developer / Project Manager Baits (m/w/d) for our team.

full-time in Berlin

Your Responsibilities:

• Supportive development of new lures from initial concept through to mass production readiness
• Analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
• Process Development and Optimization
• Optimization of development processes from concept, prototyping, and testing through to series approval
• Standardization of workflows, specifications, and technical documentation
• Coordination and continuous improvement of collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
• Reduction of development lead times, error rates, and iteration cycles
• Close cross‑functional collaboration with Design, Purchasing, Marketing, and Production
• Management of external development and manufacturing partners
• Planning, execution, and evaluation of field tests
• Ensuring product quality, performance, and strong alignment with brand standards

Your Profile:

• At least 3+ years of proven experience in product development / project management, ideally within the fishing or sporting goods industry
• In-depth understanding of predator fishing and lure mechanics is an advantage
• Strong technical expertise in materials, geometries, and manufacturing processes
• Structured, independent, and solution‑oriented working style
• High level of quality awareness and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
• Confident use of common project management tools (e.g. Asana or comparable systems)
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel, including regular visits to manufacturing partners
