Senior Product Impact Engineer

DESCRIPTION

As Senior Product Impact Engineer, you will help shape the processes of our platform integrations and ensure that each of our customers has an excellent experience with Qualitatio. You will be a trusted technical contact for our customers and lead our team in complex technical projects and applied product management. You will work with majors client from Day 1 and take decisions that shape the company.

YOUR ROLE

• Lead architecture reviews with CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders

• Diagnose and resolve integration issues across networks, security systems, and enterprise IT

• Coach and support junior engineers and customers on Linux, Kubernetes, containers, and deployments

• Pilot new use cases on site and feed the insights directly into the product backlog

• Translate technical constraints into clear business risks and choices

• Work closely with internal and external teams to develop the product roadmap

WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

• 5+ years of experience as an integration or infrastructure architect, systems engineer, or in a comparable role

• Deep expertise in Linux and networking technologies (TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls)

• Proven ability to troubleshoot at every layer, from ARP tables through distributed databases

• Comfortable communicating with executives and delivering technical solutions on site

• A passion for complex technical challenges and a hands-on approach in the field

• Business-fluent in German and English
