The Team

The Acquire Team is part of Kraken’s Growth Team, focused on driving high‑quality signups across Kraken’s product ecosystem. We own the end‑to‑end experience for users before they become clients: from discovering Kraken through organic channels, to landing on our website, to signing up. Our work spans SEO/AEO, CRO, Kraken.com (logged‑out), and new traffic channels. We’re a fast‑moving, data‑driven team that thrives on experimentation and impact. Our mission: turn more of the right visitors into lifelong Kraken clients.

The Opportunity

• Own the product roadmap and execution for your team, focused on CRO on our logged‑out Kraken.com and our signup funnels across Kraken’s product ecosystem.
• Build systems and strategies that intelligently route traffic across Kraken’s product ecosystem, ensuring the right users are matched with the right offerings early in their journey.
• Explore and launch freemium tools, interactive utilities, or other high‑value logged‑out experiences that introduce Kraken’s capabilities and build trust — even before a user signs up.
• Partner with design and engineering to ship landing‑page optimizations, segmented and personalized user journeys through high‑velocity experimentation.
• Use quantitative data, user insights, and competitive research to drive decision‑making and prioritise initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including brand, legal, compliance, and product, to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Champion a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement.

Skills You Should HODL

• 5 years of product management experience, with 3+ years in growth or acquisition‑focused roles.
• Proven track record of shipping successful product features through experiments that move business metrics.
• Experience with CRO on landing pages and app/web‑based acquisition funnels.
• Experience thinking across a multi‑product ecosystem, ideally with dynamic routing or recommendation logic.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing frameworks and hypothesis development.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work effectively with cross‑functional partners.
• A growth mindset – you are curious, resilient, and not afraid to challenge assumptions.
• Experience designing freemium or utility features that drive engagement and conversion.

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with crypto, fintech, or regulated industries.
