We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our AI team. This is not a maintenance role — it’s a 0→1 opportunity. You’ll work in a fast-paced, discovery-driven environment where experimentation and iteration drive progress. You’ll lead this transformation end-to-end, defining and scaling intelligent workflows that deliver measurable business value for eCommerce businesses around the globe — increased revenues, cost reductions, and better customer experiences. You’ll thrive if you’re analytical, adaptable, and impact-oriented, excited by turning emerging technology into real business outcomes. AI expertise is a strong plus, but curiosity, learning agility, and stakeholder alignment matter most. You’ll own the full product lifecycle — identifying opportunities, validating them through discovery, defining the strategy, and driving execution. Your background 6+ years of product management experience, including building and scaling 0→1 or highly ambiguous products.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills — you use data to uncover insights, shape strategy, and measure impact.Proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, define strategy from first principles, and execute with focus and urgency.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills — you bring people together, create clarity, and inspire action across functions and levels.Curiosity and willingness to learn fast in a new domain; AI expertise is a plus, but not a requirement.Familiarity or interest in agentic workflows, automation, or AI-driven product design.Comfortable operating in fast-paced, discovery-heavy environments where iteration and experimentation are key.Proven track record of delivering business impact in fast-moving environments. Your responsibilities Design and scale agentic experiences that automate decisions and actions — driving measurable impact in revenue growth, cost efficiency, and customer value. Lead discovery and experimentation to identify high-impact opportunities for intelligent workflows across the Cleverbridge ecosystem.Translate insights into strategy — define product direction, measurable outcomes, and clear execution plans aligned with business goals.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, design, marketing, and customer success to take products from concept to market.Launch, iterate fast and scale — drive adoption, collect feedback, and ensure your products deliver measurable impact.Champion a test-and-learn mindset, balancing innovation speed with business discipline and technical feasibility.Align and inspire stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of vision, priorities, and outcomes.Stay on the edge of innovation — monitor AI and agentic trends, identifying ways to embed emerging capabilities into Cleverbridge’s product ecosystem.
