What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and shape the Core Experience of our platform. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role focuses on creating impactful and human-driven experiences for patients, therapists, and our clients. You’ll own the product roadmap, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, and work cross-functionally to deliver features that drive measurable outcomes. This is a remote role based in Spain, with occasional travel to our Madrid office. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

What You’ll Do

  1. Drive Product Vision and Strategy

Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Core Experience, aligning it with ifeel’s mission, customers, and business objectives. Identify opportunities to improve patient, therapist, and client experiences through data-driven insights, thoughtful product design, and user feedback.

  2. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with engineering, design, customer success, and data teams to deliver high-quality features at scale. Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment across all initiatives.

  3. Execute with Precision

Write detailed user stories, define requirements, and prioritize features for maximum impact. Manage product delivery in an agile environment, ensuring high-quality execution and timely releases. Use AI tools as a force multiplier to improve efficiency, velocity, and quality across product development and operations.

  4. Focus on Metrics and Outcomes

Leverage data and quantitative/qualitative analytics to identify key opportunities, measure success, and iterate on features to drive growth, engagement, and retention. Design and run A/B tests to optimize user flows and validate hypotheses.

  5. Champion Customer Obsession

Deeply understand the needs of patients, therapists, and clients, and ensure their voices are central to product decisions. Maintain a high bar for quality and craft, ensuring a consistent and thoughtful user experience.

  6. Thrive in Ambiguity

Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Approach challenges with a “no task too small” mindset, ensuring every detail contributes to the broader mission. Make high-stakes decisions with high confidence, even in light of limited information.

What we're looking for:

  1. Experience and Expertise

8+ years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing platforms or SaaS products. Proven track record of delivering impactful features that improve core user experiences. Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including user research, agile development, and experimentation.

  2. Skills and Mindset

Metrics-driven mindset with a passion for using data to guide decisions and measure success. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision. Deep intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, especially given the rapid pace of AI’s impact on product management and its ability to power next-level product and user experiences. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making confident decisions in complex, evolving environments.

  3. Technical and Educational Background

Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs. Familiarity with personalization, A/B testing, and user-centered design principles. University degree required, preferably in Computer Science or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

  4. Growth Potential

Success in this role can lead to increased responsibilities, including opportunities to take on a Staff or Principal PM role or oversee larger initiatives and contributors.

Our Core Principles:

  • Move the Needle: Focus on what truly drives impact. Busy work doesn't count results.
  • Radical Candor: Say the hard thing with respect and hear what others say with openness.
  • Own It Always: Take full responsibility-for wins, failures, and learning along the way.
  • Raise the Bar: Excellence isn't just our goal; it's our standard.
  • Stay Hungry: Never settle. Push for more growth, impact, and mastery but always with humility.
  • We > Me mindset: Prioritize the team and company over personal gain.
  • Customer Obsession: Put customers first. Anticipate needs and exceed expectations.

What do we offer?

  • Full-time, fixed contract (Monday to Friday).
  • Office located in the heart of Madrid, close to Manuel Becerra / Lista.
  • Hybrid work model and flexible working hours: with the option to come to the office as often as you’d like
  • Flexible compensation with tax benefits through Coverflex.
  • Private health insurance provided by Alan.
  • Full access to ifeel’s psychological therapy services, including a dedicated psychologist.
  • Well hub membership
  • Complimentary fruit, snacks, and drinks available in the office.
  • Company-sponsored team lunch every Friday.
  • Be part of a dynamic and international team in an excellent work environment.
  • Opportunity to make a real impact in a rapidly growing start-up with significant career growth potential.
