What you will build

• In this role you oversee and drive non-functional and operational aspects of AI features in LeanIX
• You will be responsible for delivering our AI features in a consistent manner that can be understood by our customers easily and that generates necessary trust and comfort for enabling them for their organization
• You ensure relevant prerequisites are known and properly communicated towards customers (e.g. legal, technical and commercial aspects) and internally (e.g. teaching teams in AI governance like AI ethics, AI usage tracking)
• You will guide and support our product teams in proper implementation and ensure non-functional and operational aspects are contained in our product roadmap
• You work will directly impact the customer adoption and success of one of our most relevant innovation areas getting Artificial Intelligence to support Enterprise Architects

What you bring

• 5 years in product management ideally with a focus on configuration management and platform administration and a clear attitude to make IT support users
• Ability to analyze and translate industry trends and business requirements into IT capabilities to be included into our solution
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence and good understanding of its challenges with respect to governance and technical implementation
• Ability to engage in our LeanIX planning and prioritization process to ensure AI‑operational aspects are appropriately covered
• Curiosity and motivation to work in and shape an innovative topic with interdisciplinary teams (from sales, customer support, legal, product and engineering)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders fluent in English

Where you belong

• You will become a member of our AI Acceleration team and work closely together with a team of LeanIX AI experts delivering AI enablement, AI discovery support and foundational AI services to our product teams
• You will work in an agile environment and by that participate in internal planning procedures and our weekly team meetings
• In your role you will be working together with many people from different teams within LeanIX but also SAP units namely the SAP Business AI team, the AI Automations team and other teams providing central AI services
• Our domain is just expanding; the topic of AI is still in its infancy and we expect it to grow and mature massively in the next years, allowing you to shape the topic and providing a lot of growth opportunities
