Are you a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in temperature sensors ? This is a rare opportunity to lead the strategic and commercial development of a growing sensor assembly portfolio for high-impact markets (HVAC, data centre, industrial, F&B).

You’ll drive product strategy and roadmap, P&L, pricing, and new product launches, working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain whilst managing one direct report.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap
Lead new product launches and lifecycle management
Own P&L, pricing strategy and margin targets
Build strong OEM and channel relationships
Work with operations to optimise supply chain and cost structure
Monitor market trends and competitor developments

Requirements

Relevant technical degree in electronic engineering, or equivalent.
Solid experience in the temperature sensor industry.
Proven success scaling or transforming sensor product lines.
Strong commercial and financial acumen (pricing, cost modelling).
Technical understanding of sensor design and reliability.
Experience working with manufacturing and supply chain teams.
Customer/OEM-facing skills and market intuition.
Leadership experience (direct team and cross-functional).
