Your mission

Shape the next generation of intelligent energy systems. As Product Owner at EnopAI, you’ll drive the development of our core product, leveraging ML/AI-powered optimizations to make customers’ energy management systems smarter, more efficient and more resilient.

Bridge the gap between foundation work and execution. You will enable our research (ML/Data Science) and development (Fullstack) team to work hand in hand, ensuring a frictionless workflow by aligning roadmaps, prioritizing tasks, and validating deliveries.

Help us to quickly deliver high impact features to our customers. You’ll rapidly master the complexities of the energy domain to ensure every feature we ship delivers measurable value. By bridging the gap between strategy and execution, you guarantee we deploy software that matters to our customers.

Thrive in a small startup environment. At EnopAI we are a small team relying on lean processes that enable us to iterate quickly. You will help us to stay laser focused on developing high impact features and shipping them quickly to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our leadership, sales and engineering team to drive product development from ideation to delivery and validation.
• Gather, analyze, and validate product requirements through customer and market research.
• Validate that our solutions follow the requirements of the energy domain.
• Translate complex business and customer needs into clear, actionable features and user stories.
• Empower development teams by providing context, clarity, and regular feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Measure and report on product performance, taking a data-driven approach to optimization and discovery.

Your profile

• At least 4 years of experience as a product owner, ideally within the energy industry.
• Highly independent, self-organized, and able to prioritize efficiently.
• Solid background or practical experience in energy management systems or related fields.
• Technical background, able to talk tech with our developers.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements engineering and discovery methodologies.
• Experienced leveraging AI-enabled tooling for rapid prototyping and feature validation.
