About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape ERP delivery from the ground up in a strategic role with full end-to-end accountability. You’ll work in a setting where you can have a real impact and help build delivery structures that scale as we grow.

You act as the single point of accountability for ERP delivery, ensuring alignment between ERP initiatives, architectural direction, and the wider Product Organization.

About your tasks:

• Take ownership of the ERP product vision and value-driven roadmap.
• Establish and evolve ERP delivery processes across demand, project, and release management.
• Mentor and guide junior Project Leads, helping to create consistency and maturity in delivery.
• Ensure alignment between ERP initiatives, architectural direction, and product strategy.
• Foster collaboration with business process owners, IT, and external ERP vendors.

Qualifications

About you:

• You bring experience in ERP product ownership or delivery leadership.
• Strong ERP delivery background in complex ERP environments (e.g. Dynamics, SAP / S/4HANA, Oracle).
• You enjoy building processes and mentoring others.
• You care about clear structures, scalable delivery , and strong stakeholder relationships.
