Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. **Join us.**##### What You Will Do:- You will take ownership of the Campaign Management and Optimization product on our Demand Side Platform, gradually taking over responsibility for a dedicated development team, managing their progress, and making relevant strategic decisions to drive product success.- You will become the central contact person for all relevant stakeholders, including advertisers, internal teams, and management, presenting your project progress and product roadmap at regular intervals.- You will act as an intrapreneur, leading your team based on selective KPIs, with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact for our advertisers.- You will implement and continuously improve a lean, high-output development process to ensure rapid iteration and enhance product quality, specifically for our campaign management and optimization features.##### Who You Are:- 3-5 years of extensive experience working as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
