Your impact in this position
As a (Senior) Product Owner (f/m/d) your mission is to drive efficient product development processes and act as the critical bridge between business and technical teams. You take full ownership of the end‑to‑end product development process in a growing SaaS environment, ensuring structured, scalable execution of strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end ownership : Full responsibility for features throughout the development cycle from analysis to release.
- Process moderation : Ensure consistent adherence to agile development processes such as Scrum or Kanban by defining responsibilities, setting timelines, and guiding structured meetings.
- Technical requirements management : Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and user stories, considering architecture, API design, and integrations.
- Cross‑functional coordination : Orchestrate collaboration between frontend, backend, DevOps and other stakeholders to keep teams aligned.
- Dependency management : Identify and manage dependencies between teams and components, resolving blockers early.
- Stakeholder communication : Translate between business and tech language and keep all parties informed transparently.
- Commitment tracking : Track team commitments, hold the team accountable, and manage delays constructively.

Qualifications
- Experience : At least 5 years in software development or technical product management, ideally in SaaS environments.
- Technical expertise : In‑depth knowledge of software architectures, API design and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Communication skills : Build bridges between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex issues into understandable language.
- Process‑driven approach : Design effective workflows, monitor interdependencies, and proactively identify challenges.
- Decisiveness & leadership competence : Make confident decisions and lead teams without formal authority.
- Language skills : Fluent in English (C2). German language skills are an advantage.
