Senior Product Programme / Delivery Manager

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll lead delivery management of complex, high-priority initiatives across our digital sales channels, establishing frameworks, rituals, and governance to support efficient execution and successful outcomes.
• You will be required to work alongside and support Head of Product with the ideation through the delivery of strategic product initiatives across our digital estate.
• You may be required to you to manage and develop a team of Product Delivery Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to build delivery capabilities and ensure consistent practices.
• Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, tracking, and resolving cross-team dependencies, facilitating collaboration between teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of interdependent workstreams.
• In this role, you'll establish robust processes for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues, leading resolution of complex delivery challenges that span multiple teams.
• Working closely with product and technology leaders, you'll optimize resource allocation across initiatives, identifying capacity constraints and ensuring efficient utilization of team capabilities.
• You’ll champion agile practices and principles across teams, providing guidance on methodologies, ceremonies, and tools to enhance team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

• You bring proven experience in delivery management, program management, or similar roles, including experience leading delivery teams or managing delivery managers.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience managing complex, cross-functional digital initiatives.
• You've demonstrated successful delivery in fast-paced, technology-driven environments, with experience using delivery management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• We value your excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, along with solid problem-solving abilities focused on removing impediments.
• Your knowledge of resource planning, capacity management, and digital commerce principles will be valuable in this role.
